2. What Data We Collect

When you opt in to receive our free guide we collect your first name and email address. When you purchase access to the Starter System we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details). When you visit our website we may collect standard analytics data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time on site.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to create and manage your account, deliver course content you have purchased, send you emails you have subscribed to receive, process your payments securely via Stripe, and improve our website and services.

4. Our Email List

We use systeme.io to manage our email list. When you opt in to receive our free guide or register for the course, your name and email address are added to our systeme.io account. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

7. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with the service providers necessary to run our business: Stripe (payments), systeme.io (email marketing, course delivery and funnel management), and Google Analytics and Microsoft Advertising (anonymous site analytics and advertising). We may in future use additional advertising platforms including Meta. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax purposes.

9. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct any inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict our processing of your data, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
